Warrior Warm Up Drill

This is an excellent passing drillthat we use to warm up prior to game time.

Players needed: At least 6

Begin with a player(1) under thehoop, #2 on the left wing, #3 on the right baseline corner, #4 onthe left baseline corner, #5 on the right wing, #6 behind numberone so he can start the drill over.    Player one passes to #2 and then assumeshis position, #2 then passes to #3 and assumes his position, #3passes to #4 and assumes his spot, #4 passes to #5 and assumeshis space, #5 drives to the hoop for a lay-up.  the drillthen starts over with #6 becoming #1.  Repeat until everyonehas been at each spot once.
