High hands drill:

Coach stands near base line withball, athlete stands facing ring and coach.Coach bounces ballinto ground (hard!) and athlete has to jump and grab ball for putback, if athlete drops their hands as they go up with ball coachslaps ball away. Coach gets rebound bounces ball again drillcontinues.
